I've slept off and on since about 10...

I've slept off and on since about 10, and so has Tasha.  She hasn't peed since about 6 pm yesterday, but she's been drinking.  I'm sure she has to go, but she could barely hold a squat yesterday so I think she's just holding it.  She's grunting and crying right now, and I can't tell what she wants to do.  She weighs almost as much as me so I can't just pick her up.  Not sure what to do.  🙁
