Arby's just called. Their official stance: Yeah, they give a shit (so they say), but not enough to even want to pay half to keep a customer coming back.
The manager has apparently put me on hold or something. He can't seem to hear me anymore and is not responsive, but the phone timer is still going.
I will never eat at an Arby's again. They will lose more than $150 that way.
I would like to urge my friends and family to not eat there again, either. They are an insensitive corporation who towed a single mom at the holidays. No warning. They also claimed that my car was there longer than it was. Of course. Just covering their own asses - like most companies. Don't care about the little guys, aka: The ones who keep them in business.
