So... this is NOT my usual style.

So... this is NOT my usual style. This is a little out-there for me. But on the way to Ulta the other day, I was inspired by a billboard. It was a red box with a zebra print frame. I tried doing just a red square in the middle, but I didn't like that, so I made a stripe all the way down, and that was better. I like the way they look, but I am not a fan of white polish. It is SO HARD to clean your edges and make them look nice. I don't know why. 😕

That, y'all, is two shards of a dried up weed of some sort. It splintered off DEEP in his thumb pad. 🙁

The doctor told him to wear gloves next time... not only to keep this from happening again, but to protect his nail polish. 😃

So... I am not into football, even slightly. BUT, I really dig that they have these colors paired off, AND nail decals to go with them. That was a good idea. They also have files, too, but I care less about that. It's probably crap.

This is at Martin's Pharmacy in Oxford if anyone is interested. I got the white from the AL side and the blue from the AU side. They are both really pretty. 🙂

There is some serious biscuit-making going on in my lap. The Beast must be chilly. She's even rubbing me with her head and tolerating me petting her. Too bad it has to end. Break is over!

I called and asked the doctors office to please not wait.  Shaun has a surgical appointment at 10 a.m. tomorrow!

Shaun is at work, working. He took a pain pill and it hasn't helped. He SHOULD take a couple of days off. Wouldn't be the end of the world if he did. But he's stubborn. A stubborn male.

Also haven't heard back about his referral. How long does that take? I guess this is no emergency, but it DOES NOT need to drag out. 😕
