Much like yesterday...

Much like yesterday, today is better than the day before. Not by a ton, but I'll take it.

I had a headache for most of the day, so I spent the large part of the day resting. The only thing I actually did was my nails. While I keep a gel overlay on my naturals as well as usually some polish, today I actually did some nail art for myself. I think the last time I invested this kind of time in doing my own nails was February, maybe?

I figured it would be a good thing to get my mind off of my headache because Ibuprofen wasn't cutting it. It seems to have worked. While I don't have my usual camera here, I definitely will post a picture this week because I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.

Anyway, I'm off to see if my beautiful husbang feels like video chatting. I miss him so much. It's been hard being away from home in general, but while feeling sick it's been even worse. He's my comfort and my best friend and he has always taken such great care of me. And right now, I just need to look at his face.
