Anyone who hasn't stopped by lately...

Anyone who hasn't stopped by lately, please go look at the Happy Tails Pet Recovery of Calhoun County group and see if you recognize anyone. Even if you don't have a missing pet, people who are missing pets will post them there. Won't take but a minute and could really help some people and their companions out! Thank you! ❤

I almost stole someone's dog today...

I almost stole someone's dog today - accidentally. I was getting some gas and I saw her following a guy out of the parking lot. What I didn't see was him come back and go into the store. So the dog comes up and licks me and sits on my feet - super friendly. She was well fed and had a collar, but not surprisingly, no tags. I pumped my gas, put oil in my car, and she was still there. I even waited another 10 minutes or so to see if anyone would come out and claim her, but no one did. So I let her in my car. Literally - I was getting in my car when he came out and said "Hey, that's my dog!" I was like, "Thank goodness because I don't need another! I didn't see you come back!" He was like, "It's cool." And they left together. No leash or anything in a busy gas-station parking lot on Quintard. At the very least I would have tied her somewhere to keep her from getting hit while I was shopping had it been my dog. People are crazy!

Shadow has sent a letter...

Shadow has sent a letter to his sister in FL, Nea, and right now he's video chatting with Phoenix and Draven who live in GA. He's so excited. I think this will be the summer that he finally gets to meet some of his siblings. He's READY. 😃
