Feeling content.  🙂  The house is clean-ish, the dogs are behaving, my belly is full, and it's still early.  Gotta love that!

Unfortunately, I've chipped my nail polish and have lost a couple of glequins.  🙁  That is a bummer because I was really enjoying this paint job.  But, it would be a lie if I said I wasn't looking forward to trying out some of my new polishes.  So, no complaints after all! 🙂

Nails I did last night!

Nails I did last night!  I'm SUPER HAPPY with these.  🙂  Sometimes things don't turn out like I want them to, but I still like them.  This, however, was dead on and I love it!  The orange-y polish has gold flecks in it.  It was the Essence polish I bought from Ulta on my last trip to Birmingham.  I went back today and the girl in there liked my nails.  🙂  I ended up buying a few more little Essence polishes, too.  Woohoo!  Can't wait to use them - they are so pretty!

I must have had too much caffeine today...

I must have had too much caffeine today because I am still awake.  😳  Water marbled a friends nails earlier - it took hours because the polish just wasn't cooperating and I didn't want to send her away with a crappy paint job.  But, I learned some things that will improve my future marbles so that's cool.  😃  I did, however, mess up my own nails in the process, but I've already re-painted them.  Pics tomorrow, probably.  They are very fall.  And blingy.  I'm pleased.  😃

I had a wardrobe malfunction at work today.  😳

I was cold this morning so I wore a hoodie.  Later at work I got warm and decided to take it off.  Well.  It took my shirt with it.  😐  I was alone in the office, but I heard someone coming as I was standing there with my clothes half-off - stuck over my head.  Thankfully, it was our painter (who is pretty laid back) so it wasn't a big deal.  I was just like "Sorry - I didn't mean for that to happen!"

Now I'm gonna be SO CAREFUL the next time I take one off.  Even though no one freaked out I'm pretty embarrassed.  I've never had that happen before!

Damn the lighting in my house.  LOL  When I did these I thought they were going to be neon-ish Halloween colors - orange and purple.  And then, well... they aren't quite.  But I still like how they turned out!

Had to brush up on my water marbling skillz, 'cause I'm doing a friend's nails tomorrow.  Didn't want to go messing up on hers!

Not much to report this weekend.  I haven't done a thing.  😃  And thankfully, my throat is less awful today than it has been in a week.  I'm hoping for continued improvement.

Unfortunately, my house is showing my lazy.  Guess I need to do a little bit of cleaning up before I can call it a night.  Oh, and a shower.  I DEFINITELY need one of those.  LOL  I wasn't kidding when I said I'd done nothing.  😛
