(He is beatboxing - but I am not supposed to know that. He won't tell me - he's being all shy. If one of the judges hadn't bumped into me when I was out and about and told me that he'd wowed all of the judges at the tryouts I wouldn't even know. So keep it on the downlow! 😉)

Someone remind me later this morning that my earring is in the refrigerator. I am warm and cozy and I'm not getting up to get it right now.

[Y'all - there is ACTUALLY a logical explanation for that. At least, according to my brain it is logical. 😛

So, I found out that I lost one of my earrings the other day and I figured I should replace it. Well, we had to drive a few places to find one that was similar, but we finally did, and yay. I tried to put it in my ear, but it wasn't working out (I use a nose screw in my cartilage because I don't like sleeping on earring backs), so it's not exactly easy to get it put in. So I was like, "Meh, I'll do this when I get home."

Since we were out and about in Oxford and were getting hungry we decided to go eat before we went home. Since the earring was so tiny and I didn't want to lose it I sat it on the dash of the car while we were eating. Well after we ate when we were on the way home, I thought "I'm gonna stab this into my take-out box so I don't drop it." Seemed like a safe place. And then I put it in my fridge because I totally forgot about it. But, it's still there - so technically my plan worked. Go me! 😃]

See that thing sticking out of her back end? That is her ootheca, or egg sac. She's pregnant! It pokes out sometimes. I don't know the whole process, but they actually have live young.

See the pretty light-colored guy? He molted recently, and his shell hasn't hardened back up. When he's brown, he'll be all crunchy again.

I have honestly NO CLUE how many roaches I have... but I had probably 15 of these egg crates stacked together, and every time I pulled one away from the bundle, there were about that many roaches in between. So, I guess a million or so. 😛

If anyone needs roaches for your lizards, let me know. I think I can sustain my girls plus some off of my colony now. 🙂

So... me and Shaun have not been to sleep yet.  That is not as sexy as it sounds, but I did have fun!

He stayed up working on my bike - putting on my new shifters.  I cleaned my roach tote all by myself.  We accomplished things!  😃

I took out almost all of the man roaches because they can fight and stress the females.  I will feed them to my lizards - unless anyone else needs them.  I am GOOD on roaches.  🙂  For the first time ever in real life I got to see how roach babies are made.  I have some pretty cool photos.  I will upload them, hopefully sometime this weekend.

Anyway... I think that it is about time for me to call it a night.  At almost 7 am.  😛

Got my bike back from Dick's.  It is supposedly all fixed up, but it's dark and rainy so I haven't tried it.  Maybe this weekend...

My ass bruise is fading.  It still hurts, though.

I am about to clean out my roach tote.  And it makes me happy.  😃  I have a bazillion roaches, I am pretty sure.  ❤

He auditioned for the talent show at school, but he wouldn't tell me what he was doing.  I had a feeling that he was gonna beatbox because he's been practicing like crazy and he's really good - from what I've heard.  I've heard pieces of it here and there, and he's showed / told me how he does some of the noises, but he won't like, give me a proper demo.  He's being really shy about it.  LOL

Anyway, me and Shaun went out to dinner in Saks tonight and ran into one of the judges - another student at his school.  She told me that he did beatbox and that he really wow'd the judges.  😃  I don't know if he's in the talent show or not, but I am really glad to hear that he did so great.  He will find out this coming week if he's in or not.

He made it a point to tell me that the talent show was also a dance (which the student confirmed), and he made sure to tell me that I wasn't allowed to go, so I won't get to see him do it.  🙁  I am pretty bummed out, but I am hoping that someone will get a recording of the talent show if he's in.  I think it will be pretty cool and I hate that I won't get to see it.

So... just to re-iterate - he does NOT want me to know what he's doing.  If any of you people go back and tell him that I know I will hunt you down and put you on my blacklist of people who don't get to see my secret updates.  If you think I'm kidding, damn try me.  Once I don't trust you - you are basically dead to me.  I don't play around with my trust.
