I am going to dinner with some people later.  They are fine and nice people - some of who I would really like to see, but I am already tight in the chest.

🙁  It's not bad enough that we are supposed to paint our faces daily, color our hair monthly, remove any hair that isn't considered to be in the right place, and even get plastic surgeries to be beautiful?  I knew that you could get cooch surgeries, but still.  Now we're supposed to bleach them, too?

I really hate social standards sometimes.  That is why I've been protesting for years.

I am one naked-faced, sometimes bald-headed (but excitedly graying when I'm not), otherwise hairy uthamucka with a some not-quite symmetrical pieces that no one's gonna fix.  And I like me that way.  I don't see why that is so bad.  I would never WANT another person to feel like their uniqueness is a bad thing.  🙁

Today Shaun ordered me TWO birthday cakes.  Because I wanted both a Red Velvet (my birthday tradition) and a Chesscake (awesome new thing I also wanted badly).  Come 11/24, I will be 10 lbs heavier.
