Hm. I guess I'm being weird again.

Hm. I guess I'm being weird again. I stopped working on emptying my old house so I could focus on the Differential Equations exam I had last week. For all of my efforts I made a solid 30/100. I feel... not too much of anything about that, really. I'm not sure why I'm not upset. I really like that class and find it super interesting, but I guess that doesn't count for much. 

I'm also stuck in this weird mindset that it's still January. I had a thing I'd planned to do mid-February and uh... well, I'm not ready and it's going to have to wait. Logically I know it's 02/18 but mentally I'm still in January and I don't know how to fix that.

I also need to do some stuff for my CS class. I'm planning to do that today. Currently waiting for the HVAC person to come and go so I can get on with my day.

If anyone knows how to reboot my internal calendar - please let me know!

It's been a migraine day. 😞 But on the bright side I was going through my old tote of CDs and found one by Fulanito. It's honestly still amazing and the group was just getting started in 1997. So... I have a whole catalog of awesomeness to look forward to. 😁

With as cold as I always am...

With as cold as I always am I've been shocked over the last few days since our heat broke by how ok I've been. We will definitely get it repaired by the time Thursday rolls around with weather back in the 20s F, but this has honestly been not a big deal. I'm thinking we're going to keep the thermostat a little lower in the colder months to save on the electric bill. I definitely just learned something about myself. Neat.

I bought shelves a few weeks ago. Finally had time to put them up over the last few days. This is my room in progress - there is still more for me to do. Also, the baby plants are growing!

It's so cold...

It's so cold that the cats are covering their noses. (We're all ok. We have blankets and a space heater in my bedroom and lots of creatures that produce body heat.)
