I noticed this yesterday...

I noticed this yesterday, but didn't have time to post about it.  Remember how I asked everyone to report that old NAWR page?  Well, it seems to have been removed.  😃  I can still see it when I search, but clicking on it takes me back home.  If anyone can see the page named North Alabama Wildlife Rescue that has a raccoon as the profile picture, please let me know!  Otherwise, I'm gonna consider it a victory!  😃

Btw, I was keeping an eye on that page and the admin / former president typed some pretty awful and unprofessional things on it over the last couple of days, which he then later removed.  Hooray for screen caps!  Got 'em just in case we need 'em.  🙂

Well, I hear my Dumplin' stirring.  Guess it's time to go and feed my baby.  He's so big now, y'all.  Getting his little teeth in and everything!  I'll put up some more photos soon.  🙂

I'm so ready for the weekend.  I feel frazzled.  I don't know why, but I keep losing stuff, and that is SO unlike me.  Important stuff, even.  It's kind of driving me crazy.  I hope I'm not losing my mind.

My extra squirrel milk, nipples, and syringes should be here today.  Just in time because it looks like I'll be getting two more babies this evening!  😃  That will be good for Dumplin'.  They aren't usually alone. 🙂

He has noticeably changed...

He has noticeably changed in the almost-week I've had him.  Wow.  And I just love to check on him and find him sleeping some crazy way.  He cracks me up.  😃

I don't know what is on his belly.  It's been on there since I got him and I've tried washing it off with plain water a few times - with no success.  I sniff him and it smells like bad milk, not pee.  The smell is not as strong as it was and it seems to be clearing up - whatever it is.  He does try to curl into a ball as soon as he's done eating, but I've been good about getting his mouth clean before he does that.  Maybe it's just old milk.  I don't even know, but I'm keeping an eye on it.  It doesn't seem to bother him, thank goodness.  🙂
