I have studied Algebra all day and well into the night.

I have studied Algebra all day and well into the night.  Now my brain is tired.  I have a test and then a final coming up, so I want to be SUPER SURE I get a good grade.  Hopefully it won't take me all day to finish that tomorrow because I need to get started on my research assignment for English.  I want to be on top of that so hopefully I can get a good grade in there, too.  I am really hoping to finish this semester with A's in all of my classes.  We'll see, but I am trying hard.  Need to get at least a 3.5 to be able to afford to transfer to JSU.  Everyone wish me luck!

Feeling slightly crappy today, but...

Feeling slightly crappy today, but I've got studying to do so I'm hitting the books.  Nom and Mona are out and about today.  Mona is enjoying a sunbeam on the floor and Nom is banging into stuff and undoubtedly trying to eat something inedible.  😂  Nom didn't ask to come out, but he may not know that is an option now so I put him in the floor since he was awake.  Tort Baby went right back to sleep after I got that video of him yawning.  He just wasn't ready to get up - little lazy bum.  Not really, but he does seem to be more of a night owl.  That's how he gets to sleep on the couch so often.  😂  He's a smart one.

Anyway.  I hope everyone has a lovely day.  It's so hard to be motivated to do schoolwork when the weather is so nice, but finals are coming up.  I've gotta get my brain ready.

Is it wrong that I woke him up from a nap just to catch his yawns on video?  😂😂😂

This is mostly me baby-talking Tort Baby into waking up.  Sorry you had to hear that.  He's my little sweet baby and I treat him as such.  I didn't even do that junk to Shadow, but if Tort Baby starts speaking words to me I'll change my baby-talking ways.  Until then I'm gonna babble over him like he's the most precious thing in the world because he is.  😃

So this is how he wakes up.  Slow and sweet.  And his little yawns - TOO PRESH.  He kills me.  He almost always yawns twice before checking out his plate - then he usually eats again, then basks, and after that is finally ready to conquer the world.  😃

I feel like complete and utter crap.  🙁  My throat is REALLY hurting and my nose is sometimes stuffy, sometimes runny.  I finally made it to work at 2:30 today.  I got a lot done, though, so at least that's something.

I am hoping to study all weekend.  Finals are coming up!

I peeked in at Tort Baby and he was sleeping.  I saw "Aww, how precious."  He heard me and woke up.  He yawned adorably, twice.  Note to self:  Have camera on me at all times - no matter what.

This is why I call him Nom.  This kid seems to be feeling a bit better.  His eyes are MUCH less watery and he's walking all tall now.  🙂  I got him out while Shaun put up his new UVB light and right before this he'd eaten a giant slice of squash.  😃  He apparently really loves to eat.  😃

Found the leezard child.  Her hiding skills are rusty.  She was just sleeping in a corner under a table.  EASY.  I must get her out more often.

On that note - everyone is tucked in and I'm heading to bed.  I didn't sleep well last night so I hope I sleep like a rock tonight.  Or at least like a cold lizard in a corner.  😂😂😂
