I'm beat.

I'm beat. Between getting the kids ready to start college, Kira's surgery, and me starting new classes, this week has kicked my butt.

I like all of my classes so far. I have to break out my old Calculus binders this weekend and brush up on differentiating for my Differential Equations class. So far, the material makes sense but it's been over a year since I've done any Calculus and I don't remember as much as I need to. 😐

Speaking of Calculus, I'm still nervous about the Advanced Cal class. It's definitely going to be proofs, but the teacher said the exams would be open book and open note, which leads me to believe that not even books and notes will save us. 😳 I remember a couple of open book / open note exams at GSCC and they were pretty brutal. So... I'm scared. 😩

Anyway, I'm exhausted. I think I'm going to rest up so I can tackle my homework tomorrow. I hope you all had a great week! ❤️

Kira's doing ok. Having her gallbladder removed doesn't seem as terrible as her tonsil surgery was, thank goodness. 💜

Shadow and Kira started at Gadsden State today. We're so proud of them! I loved my time there and I hope they do, too! ❤️

Two blooms and 4 buds. I'm so excited! 😊

The yellow-green puff balls are getting larger. There are 4 of them now. Several of these pieces have rooted. Not too bad for a rotten plant from Wal-Mart!

My plant booty babies are hanging in there. I started feeling that the dirt wasn't right because they were standing up above it and falling over, so I gave them some sand. It looks better, but I feel like it still isn't quite right. I just don't know if I can help them at this point - they are very fragile. 🙁

Still waiting for this bloom. 🙂
