Damn, I have ALL THIS HAIR.  Haven't shaved it in a while.  I don't know what to do with it.  It's just all on my head, being crazy.  Now what?!  @_@

FINALLY home.  I sat a lot so my butt hurts, but everything else was ok.

Got un-baptized.  Shadow did, too, though I never had him baptized.  It was a preemptive strike - just in case any tried to do it after he dies.  LOL

LONG day away from home.  Only 1 of 6 dogs peed in the floor - no poops.  My pups are amazing.  <3<3<3

So tired.  Glad to be here.  Heading to bed SOON.

Today has mostly sucked.

Today has mostly sucked.  I've been headache-y and in a bad mood and tired.  But, there were a few highlights:

I gave mom her birthday present today (which is WAY late, btw).  However, she said it was worth it, because I gave her some fancy scissors.  She had a pair when I was a kid, but they were stolen.  She's wanted them back ever since, but since I couldn't give them to her, I tried to find the same thing.  And I SO nailed it.  😃

I went to Wal-Mart for deodorant and paper towels.  My paper towels had a $2 coupon stuck on them (Woohoo!), and I could buy one deodorant for $11, or two for $13.  I get the expensive shit, btw, because I can create a funk.  LOL  So now I have two.  Maybe I won't have a repeat of today anytime soon.  I was out of deodorant when I got up this morning.  I'd like to apologize to anyone who was near me at any point today.  LOL

Teyla update:  Home girl is not feeling great.  I think she's fine, but I'm pretty sure that having her leg taped to her tail is really uncomfortable and upsetting.  She's usually got a huge appetite, but since her leg has been taped back, she won't eat unless her food lands right in front of her.  Also, I'm having to give her more worms than crickets because they don't get away so fast.  Add to that the fact that she's shedding.  🙁  One more week with her leg taped down, and maybe she can be finished being taped at all.  I hope.  I know she would love to have a real bath!

And finally... I ordered more stamping plates today.  I found some with MONSTERS.  @_@  I am SO EXCITED!  And they should be here before Halloween!  😃 😃 😃

I was not very into water marbling on myself when I first found out about it.  It's really pretty, but it can be messy!  Lately I've found that there is a lot you can do with it, so I've been more interested in trying it again.  I feel like I've learned a lot about it recently - more about how to control and get the designs you want, and how to make the colors lighter or darker.  I'm having a lot of fun.  If anyone is up for being experimented on, let me know!  😃

I really wanted some fiery nails today.  I think I'm getting in the mood for fall-type things because the weather is cooling off.  Since I met Shaun we tend to burn stuff around this time of year - usually limbs from my yard.  Sometimes his, but mostly mine.  LOL  Since yard work doesn't have to suck, we sometimes cook dinner on the fire, or at least toast some marshmallows.  Hanging in the yard with some food, the dogs, a nice fire, and the cool night air has become one of my favorite things to do in the fall.  🙂  So, that is where I got my inspiration for these nails.

Sorry for the weird 2nd thumb in the photo.  It was the only really spectacular nail on my left hand, so I didn't feel the need to upload two photos of fire nails, but I did want that one posted.  I'm particularly proud of how that one turned out, though the right hand in general is better than the left.
