Well fuck, yo, my day has all but turned to shit. All because "I see your point, but I don't agree" couldn't be the end of something. What the fuck else ever needs to be said?
My car is jacked, so that's not good. I'm out of deodorant and need my check cashed. Shadow to the rescue. I now smell like a pre-teen boy and he's spotting me some cash for me to order pizza. I'll pay him back after I walk to Wal-Mart in the daylight to cash my check. There's no way in hell I'm walking anywhere in the dark unless I have an emergency.
Ah, the life of a broke-ass single mom. Go me.

This is what I've done today: sat on my butt, and this manicure. And I'm SO OK with that because I worked my ass off cutting grass last weekend, so I get to have some down time now. 😃 I finally used the dotting tools that Shaun bought me almost 7 months ago. This was SUPER easy to do, and I think it's cute, though dots aren't my usual style. It reminds me of an egg, almost... like the ones you see in cartoons.
Anyway, I'll probably be doing more dot-related things now, just to see what all I can come up with.

I am DISGUSTED right now. I just found out that not only did the bill to protect the spay / neuter clinic NOT pass, but also the cock-fighting bill, and the bill to REQUIRE vets to report suspected animal abuse also did not pass. And this is the kicker: BESTIALITY IS STILL LEGAL HERE. Yeah, the bill against that didn't pass, either. This is BEYOND FUCKED UP. If you are not already a member, please consider joining Alabama Voters for Responsible Animal Legislation (AVRAL) so that we can get some shit changed. This is ridiculous! I am ashamed!
