Internet - if I'm not around...

Internet - if I'm not around it's because I'm busy being a super nerd.  So I have all of my Polish All the Things data in Excel because duh - it had to be in something.  But now I've got Access and HOLY WOW - I am having the BEST time trying to get everything set up in that.  I want it to run like Peachtree or Quickbooks when I'm done so it's a BIG project.  It's gonna take me weeks, if not months, of working on it in my precious little spare time, but that's ok.  We haven't even started on Access in school yet, but I got excited and jumped the gun so whatever.  😛

I think that Database Developer or something along those lines is really gonna end up being my calling.  I'M GONNA BE ABLE TO MAKE FORMS, Y'ALL.  AND REPORTS.  AND ORGANIZE MY DATA ALL KINDS OF DIFFERENT WAYS.  You don't even know how excited that makes me.  😁😁😁  It's pretty much all I've been thinking about the past few days.

Anyway, I'm off to work on it some more.  My goal for tonight is to get my Polish Table all finished.  Woohoo!  ❤

I am not trying to be all flippy-floppy over here, but after playing in Access for a couple of hours - I'm SUPER PSYCHED.  My original plan for college was to graduate and become a Database Administrator, but now I'm thinking that becoming a Database Developer would be SO MUCH FUN.  Like - this is even better than Excel - AND I LOVE Excel.  😳  If you can really get paid to mess around with programs that you love all day, then like... whoa.  My mind is blown.  I have to go to bed because I got so excited that I got tired. 😂  And I have English in the morning.

Laurel and Emily were making fun of me the other day for thinking "Tort Baby" is a name.  It just came to mind that my first dog was named "Little Girl."  Y'all just jelly of my naming skillz.  😂

Edited to add:  Just occurred to me that I called the pig I found "Piggy."  BOOM.  Another creative gem.  😂

OMG, Tort Baby is so crazy!  There is a Wii keyboard laying in the floor and he could SO EASILY walk around it - yet he tries and tries and tries to climb over it.  He eventually does get up on it and then slides right back off into the floor on the other side.  Apparently, the corner of it is just SO in his way and walking around it is NOT an option.  I just love how stubborn he is.  He takes after his mama.  😃

I am nothing short of WIPED OUT today. Even though there are a ton of things I'd like to do before I go to bed  I think I'll be calling it a night here shortly. Just hanging out with Shadow for a bit before I do.

I am really looking forward to the warmer weather that's headed our way.

I'm glad it's Friday.

Dr. Edmond just prescribed me some Folic Acid and Zofran. Hopefully that will be enough to fix my nausea. If not - I'll have to ask for shots which doesn't excite me. 😕

I'm eating Chex Mix in my car. About to get a Coke because it's what my grandmother always gave me when I was sick and either it helps or I think it does. 😂

Heading to work shortly. Will pick up / try Zofran later. Not a huge fan of taking new things when I am not home. Sometimes things make me feel weird.

I'm glad it's Friday, but I'm not super excited for the weekend anymore. I think my big plans to see Laurel and Emily have gone to hell because we're all sick right now.
