A lot of people seem to be getting engaged this month. Must be February. 😂
I like it because it has wonky days. That is all. 😃

I was waiting around here to see if brown hound would come back, but I guess she's not. I will be heading to work shortly.
Hopefully I don't get another call today from the school nurse. On both Monday and Tuesday Shadow broke out in hives after P.E. We've changed nothing here and the school nurse says that the P.E. teacher hasn't used anything new in the gym. Mom took Shadow to the doctor for me yesterday afternoon and now he's on Zyrtec. Doc says he hopes this works itself out by the weekend. He's seen 4 cases like this recently. I find it bizarre. Allergies can develop at any time, but they don't usually just go away, do they? Anyone else heard of anything like this?
You know the whole, OVER, UNDER AROUND AND THROUGH idea? Mai Tai lives it. She will literally try all sides, top and bottom of the edges sides roof or floor of something to get to something inside. Pawing, nosing shoving, jumping, climbing, even belly crawling and not one attempt at each but three to dozens. Never less than three attempts at almost anything though.
And if she does do what I want on the first command, she will bark her objection to good behavior twice afterward.
Dog is a screaming hoot. In a handler's hands a gem. In an average pet home....not so much...
Anyone want to demo their training cred? This is a narc or bomb or SAR dog waiting to happen. Anyone looking for a serious agility candidate to challenge you?
This is your go all day, creative, light footed, determined wonder dog. Me... I'm just tired and in awe. Lol.
I just witnessed the MOST EPIC ass-kicking of a dog done by a cat. There was nothing I could do to stop it - it happened so fast.
Since I'm cleaning and re-arranging the living room I guess I got the dogs interested. So Faith decided to jump the gate and come in. So... I put her back. Then she did it again. And I put her back. Third time she tried to jump Snaga was waiting for her on top of Teyla's cage (at the doorway where the gate is), growling. She was warning her, but Faith didn't listen and jumped anyway. While she's clamoring at the top of the gate trying to get over Snaga is just there - steadily growling and slapping the shit out of my poor, bewildered, misbehaving dog.
Faith finally gave up and fell back into the dog room. She's got a nice bloody nose to show for her effort.
HOLY SHIT. I only wish I could have caught it on video. My cat is a dog bouncer. 😳
