Thinking about going paleo...
Thinking about going paleo (the caveman diet - woohoo!) for the month of November, just to see if I can and how it affects me. I really should eat better things for me, and I do believe that natural foods are best. Anyone feel like trying it out with me? Shaun definitely will not give up ice cream and pizza, so I need another person to be my motivated partner in crime. Come on - don't leave me hanging! You don't even have to see me - just tell me what you're eating every day (and I'll do the same), on the honor system. If you're too wussy to try a month, we can do a week or two. I'm down for whatever!

Just got home from the dentist. First filling in 10 years - it was a replacement. It's a pretty white one, not that gunky metal shit. Woohoo! Face is numb and I'm hungry!

Just finished with doggie baths...
Just finished with doggie baths... resting and letting the hot water heat up again, then I can take a shower! I am SO looking forward to it!
