Shaun's cat...

Shaun's cat ate his glasses so we went to the glasses store today.  Nothing can be done to fix the deep scratches in his lenses, but I finally got the screw in mine replaced so now they're not always sliding down my head.  I totally won today.  😂

Man, what a night.

Man, what a night.  Came home and finally started to tackle some of the mess from Shadow's room.   We spent most of the evening doing that and I guess we've gone through about half of it.  😳  He remembers where every single thing came from and he wants to keep it all.  Not gonna work.  😂  We had dinner late and Shadow got in bed late... and I just washed Booka so he wouldn't get Shadow's clean blankets dirty.  I'm EXHAUSTED.  And I'm calling it a night.  ❤

Got some claws on today! LOL They are not very spring... feeling like I want to change them already, but I might just have to wait. At least they look neat!

Whoa. I just woke up - headache free...

Whoa.  I just woke up - headache free - so I'm getting ready and heading to work.  I am totally shocked that I don't have a sleep hangover, (as I got my 8 hours in last night), but maybe my head was trying to tell me something.  Maybe 3 weeks in a row with no weekend to speak of was getting to me.  Who knows?  I'm just glad I don't feel like crap!  🙂  Off I go!

Phew! Another floor down, but the house is still a wreck.

Phew!  Another floor down, but the house is still a wreck.  All in the name of progress, I suppose.  Shaun and I have been moving things and building things and MOVING THINGS all day.  I just sent him home to relax and I'm taking a quick break before jumping back in.  There is nothing left to do that I can't do by myself.  I really need to get rid of Shadow's old twin sized bed frame and my tall kitchen table.  Please keep your ears open for anyone looking for either!

BOOSH!  I just pulled up the dining room carpet all by myself.  😃  Had no idea that there was tile under there.  Ugly tile - but tile nonetheless.  It will make a great under-floor for my new floor.  I'm gonna go and clean it now!  😃😃😃
