Two pretty good photos of my Dunky Butt. You can't even tell, but I'd just made my bed and cleaned my room. He's been cracking and hiding pecans all over my bed, and I guess he tired himself out - for a moment, anyway. Long enough to snap a few cute shots of him. 😃

And no, he didn't do that to my curtains. Years ago when I had rats, they got ahold of my curtains through their cage. I don't change them because it doesn't bother me. Just memories of my sweethearts. I'd sacrifice those curtains a thousand times if it meant I could have my girls back. Possessions aren't more important than my friends. I don't understand that mentality. ❤

I am so lazy right now.

I am so lazy right now.  I was so lazy last night, too.  I was gonna paint my nails and stuff, but I ended up playing Dr. Mario for hours.  LOL  I did, at least, take off my chipping polish and cut and file my nails.  Now I have naked nubby nails!  I didn't mean to get them quite that short, but they were really long and bugging me and they'll grow back, so whatever.  And I moisturized the holy shit out of them, which they desperately needed.  Maybe I'll do that again today because they look healthy and happy right now.  🙂

I do plan to paint them later, though.  And I have two ideas, but I have no clue which one I should try first.  Both involve tape.  One idea involves a possible holo polish, and the other idea would use my new texture polish.  I guess since it's stormy and not sunny, a using a holo doesn't make sense.  I think I've found my answer!  So, what color goes nice with mint green?  I suck at colors.  😐

I WISH LIKE HELL my camera was working right now.  I've been hearing these crazy noises behind me, so I look back only to find Dumpy WRESTLING A STICK.  He is on his back, rolling around with a stick that is longer than he is.  He holds it vertically and nibbles it and kicks it.  Then sometimes, he gets it horizontally over his belly, and he's doing what looks like little fat squirrel sit-ups, trying to bite it.  HOLY.  COW.  He's hilarious.

So... the screen on my camera went out. But I can still take photos. I just have to... point and shoot, literally. This is the best shot I could get, and it was the only one with all of my nails on it. I didn't realize before, but this one doesn't have an eye-hole to look through. So DANG. 🙁

Anyway, this is another holographic polish. This one came from bornprettystore when they were on clearance. It's more of a sheer coral color, but I layered it over a bright bubble gum pink to get this look. Holos are too pretty to cover up with a lot of other stuff, so I opted to put a flower water slide decal on one finger. Now I'm looking all girly today. 😃 And look at those rainbows! It shows the best on the middle finger. LOVE THAT. I'll be looking at my hands non-stop. 😃

I just picked up the angriest lizard EVER.

I let Mona run loose in the game room today.  Pretty much for all day, and she seemed to have fun.  Later, she went to sleep in a spot that she likes.  She's been under there for HOURS.  So I thought it was time for me to tuck her in, seeing as how it's morning, and I'm tired.  When I tried to pick her up, she was pissed.  She showed me her beard, she hissed, she lunged at me and whipped me with her tail.  What a fit!  Maybe next time I'll just let her sleep through the night.  I think she'd be pretty safe in there, but I tend to be paranoid about my ani-pals.  I like to know where they are so I can be sure that they are safe.  I guess it might not kill me to loosen the reigns once in a while and stop killing everyone's fun.  LOL

Got a postcard in the mail today telling me that it's time for Casper's yearly shots.  I guess I've been fostering him for a year now.  Still no takers?

I walked in on him sleeping earlier.  It was so funny.  He was on his back with all his legs in the air.  HILARIOUS.  Wish I'd had a camera on me.
