Polish freaks:  Get yourselves to Sally's NOW. They have the China Glaze Hologlam collection on clearance. I wouldn't pay full price for the amount of holo they are, but for cheapsies - HELL YES.

I'm surprised there are any left - the last time CG did holos they sold out fast and became a collectors item. Like, people went "$30 on ebay would get you a half empty bottle" kinda crazy. (Not me - in case you are wondering.)

I'm guessing they didn't sell out because they were over-priced and hyped WAY UP - so much that they were kind of a let-down. Honestly, they don't look like much in the store in the bottle, but get them out in the sun on your nails - and BAM. Rainbows. 😃 People who aren't crazy into polish probably didn't have a clue what was so special about these. I don't recall the display being particularly impressive.

Also, tons of other manufacturers are making holos now - much stronger ones, even, though you mostly have to buy them from other countries. Not that I shop in fancy stores much, but the only other place I've found a good holo was at Ulta. And I didn't $15 love it so I didn't get it then.

Anyway, me and Shaun both got some cheap awesome polish today. I guess you know what I'll be doing tonight! Happy Friday to me! 😃

Oh my gosh!

Oh my gosh!  Mystery Tadpole barely has a tail left!  And his nose is getting more pointy!  Photos later today.  Maybe we can tell what he's going to be.  😃

Also, little bristlenose pleco has been BUSY.  You can see all of the places where he's cleaned the algae up.  I know I'll have to clean the tank more to keep his poops cleaned out, but at least I'll still be able to see in.  Scrubbing algae off the tank every few days is just crazy.

Anyway, off to work.  Feeling mostly normal-ish so far today.  😃

Awake. Feeling ok. More comfy if I recline rather than sit. I THINK that I'm hungry and that I could sleep more, but I'm not sure. Finding that to be totally weird. Those are usually things that I know about. How long do drugs last? I took my pills around 12:45. My head feels pretty clear. Lack of pain could be the Ibuprofen I took before falling asleep or left over Lortab in my system. No idea. No complaints - just curious.

I ate an ass ton of food with my pills so no nausea or anything else crazy or bad.  I had about 5 minutes of uncontrollable giggling and then I slept in the waiting room until I was called back.  That wasn't so bad.

Once I got back there Dr. Daniels told me that it was probably gonna hurt.  He asked me to not tell him because then he'd have to stop.  He's a softy.  🙂  I told him that I didn't even cry until he left the room last time, so no worries.  Also, I told him to do whatever he had to do to get it out because I don't have insurance or enough money to pay for a surgery.

He gave me a numbing shot and although he used more tools this time, and there was more blood, it was less painful than last time.  He did get it out and the string wasn't cut completely off - it was pushed back up into my cervix somehow.  I'm guessing the last doctor did that because I can't imagine that that happened on it's own.

Anyway, my new one is in and I'm good for 5 more years.  Hopefully, my hormones level out soon so I can stop with all the weepy and crazy.  All in all this whole ordeal wouldn't have been so bad if not for the infection, but a few weeks of "blah" is still a small price to pay (in my opinion) for 5 years of birth control I don't have to think about and 5 years of no periods or PMS.

Well, I'm really tired, and my guts are sore, and my head is a little bit wonky so I'm gonna rest for a while.  Maybe take a nap.  I just wanted to let y'all know that I survived and will hopefully be back to my version of "normal" soon.  ❤
